The Start Right Academy offers two 2-hour training sessions per week, focusing on mechanics, mobility, strength, and explosive movement. The program is backed by Top Velocity’s nationally recognized system and led by certified Top Velocity trainers, with an emphasis on injury prevention through biomechanically sound methods.
